Javier was born in CDMX on December 10, 1972. Happily married for 25 years with his wife Lorena, they have three children Javier, Diego and Michelle, who are currently studying their career. He studied Industrial and Systems Engineering graduated from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, has 2 MBAs: An MBA from the University of Austin Texas and the second Global MBA awarded by 5 Universities: North Carolina (USA), Erasmus (Rotterdam Holland), Getulio Vargas (Brazil), Universidad China (Hong Kong), EGADE (Mexico), with more than 25 years of professional experience in the commercial, operational, marketing and general management areas of national and multinational companies such as Warner Lambert, Grupo Fonssaint, Frito -Lay México/ Sabritas, Donfer Alimentos, Xignux Corporativo, NuuPower, Alsea and Compass Group and Grupo Filoa among others.

Javier is a results-oriented, visionary professional with business acumen and senior management skills.

Extensive extracurricular education, including several degrees: Business Consultant and Soft Systems Methodology awarded by the University of Hull, in England, Successful Sales Seminar by Kellogg University, Diploma in Specialized Marketing by Tecnológico de Monterrey, among others.

Javier has been teaching Human Potential tools for more than 15 years where he uses various methodologies that he has learned during his life, where he helps people integrate learning through the revalidation of beliefs that are not consistent with reality, with traditional and ancestral methods.

Additionally, Javier is certified in QiGong, Reiki, Mentoring and Coaching programs and is a Mesa bearer by the International School of Shamanism.

Finally, Javier has used the persistence tool to build each of the achievements in his life. An example of this is living your passion every day. Play the piano and be part of a rock band. Today he has been playing the piano without fail for 4,500 days in a row. (Today May 16th, 2023).
